Dr. Alavi completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery training at the University of Toronto. Following his graduation, he was awarded with one year of hospital dental residency at the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto where he provided dental services to hospital inpatients and a large group of medically compromised outpatient population. Furthermore, he gained valuable clinical experience in management of patients with special needs and is certified to provide moderate IV sedation. Prior to joining Dentistry on King he led two dental offices in the suburbs of Toronto.

I am impressed!!Dr. Alavi and his team were very accommodating and caring.While they had a very tight schedule, I needed an emergency appointment, but Dr patiently checked in with me about my concerns and advised the best feasible solution. Honestly, I was in such a rush that didn’t expect to receive high quality treatment (Dr. Alavi was very detailed oriented and thorough).The clinic was also very clean and convenient in the busy downtown, so I could get back to my workplace right after the procedure.

First off I’d like to say that Dr.Alavi and team at Dentistry on King have been nothing short of amazing, professional and respectful throughout my time knowing them. I came to them in the midst of an emergency and they welcomed me with open arms and eagerness to resolve the issue that same day. I have had a couple surgeries following since and I never once even had any swelling. Nothing like the past dentists I’ve been to. By far the best dentist around. 10/10!
