On your appointment day our team will conduct our special new patient exam
Dr. Alavi will see you to share his findings from the oral exam and plan your dental care
Upon confirmation of your appointment we will email you our carefully crafted new patient forms that will help Dr. Alavi get a better understanding of the current state of your oral health
During your first appointment we will conduct various examinations of your mouth (teeth, gums, bite). We will take Digital SLR photos, intraoral photos and digital x-rays, if they are needed.
After all the imagery and information is collected, Dr. Alavi will sit down with you to discuss his findings, recommendations, and have all your questions/concerns clearly answered.
Finally, we will piece together a personalized treatment plan. Nothing will be included unless you approve it. We will educate you on your options helping you achieving an excellent oral health.

Dental Insurance
As a non-assignment office and in order to better serve a large volume of patients, our patients pay their fees directly to us. However, we offer help filing dental claims. Through this service, our experienced team will submit your claims to your insurance after which you will be paid back directly from your dental insurance provider.
